Not all cleaning and janitorial supplies are created equally.

Some cleaning agents are associated with hazardous chemicals released into the environment and can cause air and water pollution, skin and eye irritation, and respiratory issues.

All cleaning products used at Exquisite Property Services worksites, where possible, are environmentally friendly and cost-effective. Priority is given to procurement products approved by certifying agencies, including EPA, ISO, Safer Choice,
and Green Seal. We replace harsh chemicals and bleaches with natural products like vinegar, baking soda, lemon, essential oils, and other eco-friendly options.

Our cleaning equipment is also critical in our effort to increase productivity while lowering our carbon footprint. Our equipment is designed to use less energy. For example, our power wash machines use less water, and our disinfectant sprayers use 65% fewer chemicals per square foot.

Our cleaning program utilizes researched-based and best practices to take extra care to ensure that we do not replace dirt, dust, and allergens in the air with toxins from cleaning supplies. In addition, we only use cleaning agents that are EPA certified as Safer-Choice and/or carry the Design for Environment (DfE) seal.
